After-Hours Kitchen Exhaust Cleaning
Most commercial kitchens cannot stop lunch and dinner for a deep exhaust clean. After-hours and weekend scheduling is how ProKEC keeps restaurants, hotels, food courts, and campuses operating while hoods, ducts, and fans get the attention they need.
Why after-hours works
Exhaust cleaning involves water, degreasers, and protected staging. Doing that work after last seating—or overnight in hotels and malls—protects guests and staff and gives crews uninterrupted access to rooftops and cook lines.
What we need from you
- Preferred window after close or before open
- Alarm codes, lockboxes, or on-site contacts
- Rooftop and loading-dock access details
- Any noise or odor sensitivity (hotels, senior living, campuses)
- Which kitchens or stalls are in scope for the night
How a typical night runs
We arrive at the agreed time, protect floors and equipment, clean the agreed hood-to-fan scope to NFPA 96 standards, and leave the kitchen ready for the next shift whenever possible. You receive service documentation after the job.
Facility types that rely on off-peak windows
- Restaurants and cafés between dinner and next-day prep
- Hotels during low-occupancy overnight hours
- Food courts after mall close
- Campuses on weekends or academic breaks
- Senior living between meal periods
Limitations
Some large institutional systems need phased cleans across multiple nights. Security badging can delay start times on regulated sites. We plan for those constraints during evaluation rather than discovering them at midnight.
